2.    It may also increase the efficiency of the employee and help in achieving the objective of the organization effectively, as it reduces fatigue of the employee and makes them contribute more.
3.    Mental health of person is improved and increases the stability in one’s life. It becomes easier for the person to handle any worse situations.
4.    It also helps to improve the career of the person as one can focus on his goals without any kind of stress as they will have full support of their family because they also give importance to their family.Work life balance

    1. The benefits attained by the employee exceeds the benefits for the organization as the effect is life long lasting for the employee but it is only beneficial for the organization when the employee works for it.
